Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
• Identifying end users’ needs, and clarify information.
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th pass or any graduate with a Science background in 12th class
• Should be able to speak in both English & Hindi languages
• Previous experience in a customer support /call handling role related to any portal/services with Indian Government will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from nearby areas will be preferred
