HR Executive (Talent search)

Job description

The job pertains to Recruitment of software and I.T. personnel, and will include following:

  • Interact with technical teams and understand their requirements of new manpower.
  • Search for candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster portals.
  • Talk to candidates and negotiate with them.
  • Take IQ and other written tests.
  • Conducting HR interviews and coordinate technical interview with respective technical team.
  • Campus Recruitment.
  • Conducting walk-in tests and interviews.
  • Processing of paperwork regarding new joiners and taking care of onboarding process.
  • Co-ordination with different departments, as required for new joining process
  • Other HR related duties.

Needed Profile:

  • Schooling from Public/Convent/English Medium school
  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Polite, soft spoken, and good phone communication skills
  • Excellent email drafting skills
  • Extrovert – must like to deal with new people.
  • Living in Noida or nearby.
