Rajeev Lal has been in the IT industry for over 45 years. During his career, he successfully helped large companies in India, US and Europe leverage the power of global workforce in Engineering Services and Information Technology. He is a Director on the Board of Belcan India Pvt. Ltd. and a Director of Engineers Without Borders – India. Earlier he was Director on the Board of Infotech HAL Ltd, a joint venture of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and Infotech Enterprises Ltd (IEL) from 2008 to 2014. He was with IEL (now CYIENT) in Hyderabad from 1999 and retired in 2012 as CEO of Infotech Enterprises IT Services (P) Ltd.
From July 2004 till March 2010, he spearheaded Infotech’s Strategic Business Initiatives division and was responsible for the relationship with companies of United Technologies Corporation (UTC). He was chairman of Infotech’s Security Forum, and Chairman of Infotech’s US subsidiary. Mr. Lal was MD of a software startup, head of Boodai Computer Services, Kuwait, GM (IT) Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, and held positions in IT at MICO-Bosch, Union Carbide, Uptron & TISCO. He is a Fellow of The Insttn of Engrs (India), was Chairman of CSI’s Lucknow Chapter & Chairman, Publicity Comm CSI 93. He was member of American Management Assoc., Intl Assoc of Outsourcing Professionals, and the ICT committee of CII A.P.
He was included in ‘Marquis’ Who’s Who in the World - 1998’. Success story of manufacturing systems implementation at Mahindra & Mahindra led by him appeared in Dataquest (India) in 1993. He also led the team to evolve a Computer Integrated Manufacturing strategy for M&M.
He has been a guest faculty on MIS & Computer related training / seminars at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad; Institute of Management Development, Lucknow; Administrative Training Academy, Nainital; Institution of Engineers, Kuwait & U.P. State Chapters. He presented papers in conferences/seminars conducted by International Federation of Information Processing, CSI, Academy of Administration, Confederation of Engineering Industries, IETE etc. and contributed articles in computer magazines and newspapers on I.T. He published a book “A Star is Born” in 2014.
He completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering in 1969.
Shalini is the Founder & Chairperson of The Sethi Foundation a non profit focussed on Health-tech and Education for the urban non privileged in India. In the Health-tech arena she runs the FirstSound initiative , a technology enabled program for the hearing impaired to get hearing back in children. FirstSound is an innovative program initiated by Sethi Foundation under which hearing aids have been provided to children suffering from hearing impairment. A key to effective intervention is enabling these children to use hearing aids, an effort impacted by high cost of the device coupled with a lack of knowledge amongst patients in India. Hearing aids help recipients gain back confidence and independence, helping them lead a better quality of life.
In the Education arena the Sethi Foundation is focused on providing Affordable and quality Education. Prior to this, Shalini was the Chairperson & Managing Director of Emploi Globale Consulting Pvt. Ltd , a 2007 start up in the Strategic Recruitment , Consulting and RPO business. Emploi Globale was angel funded by amongst others Dr. Jagdish Sheth.
Shalini has over 20 years of experience in business development and operations in Industry and academics. Her experience lies in executive search for senior teams. Shalini began her illustrious career at Network Ltd, an HCL group company. Her enriched experience with Job curry systems, Career Profiles, ASML and as Director at the Indian School of Business (ISB, Hyderabad) has given Shalini an exposure to varied management practices.
Shalini is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and an alumnus from Lady Shriram College for Women, University of Delhi where she did a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Economics.

Vivek Punekar is a passionate Business Leader with diverse industry experience in IT, Education, Distribution and HR Services. Before starting his new innings, Vivek was with AuthBridge Research Services, India’s leading Screening Services and Risk Management Company, as Chief Operating Officer. At Authbridge, a start-up company in scale up stage, Vivek was responsible for ensuring AuthBridge’s scale up given the organization’s aggressive future strategy & growth trajectory. Vivek was responsible for ensuring that the four pillars of People, Processes, Technology & Clients were solid, secure and scalable. Vivek with his Innovative solutions helped AuthBridge to scale up.
Prior to joining AuthBridge as COO, Vivek served HCL Group for nearly 30 years. He held a number of senior leadership positions in various functions - from Customer Services, Business Development to Strategic Initiatives Group under direct supervision of HCL founder & Chairman. In 2002, Vivek was appointed as CHRO of HCL Infosystems. During this period, Vivek was also part of many start-ups in HCL group including HCL Learning and HCL Care. Known for innovative HR strategies Vivek created many ‘firsts’ in IT industry – including HCL Education program, a Talent factory with finishing school for Engineering graduates way back in 2002. He was also the brain behind the launch of EPAT [Empowered People Action Team], including Women Empowered PAT to build HCL as the Employer of Choice. Under his leadership HCL won “Best Employer” awards for consecutive 9 years.
Bharti is Advisor to TTGA Private Limited as well as Independent Director on the Board of Ridings Consulting Engineers India and is a professional member of AGI. Formerly Executive Director in Association of Geospatial Industries (AGI), Bharti has nearly 35 years of rich industry experience. Started with the prestigious DCM Group as a Marketing Management Trainee, she went on to head the BFSI vertical in DCM Data Products.
Since, she has held strategic leadership roles handling P&L responsibility, Marketing, Sales and Product Management functions as well as Policy and technology evangelism in Satyam BPO, CYIENT, Mastek and Emploi Globale Consulting. Bharti has also worked on the Defense & Offset Policy for IT/ITES and has chaired SIATI's Empowered Committee for Offsets. She was also part of CII's National Defense Subcommittee for IT & Telecom. An excellent communicator, she has both been a speaker as well as organizer of several national and international events organized by industry bodies such as AGI, NASSCOM, CRM Foundation and CII. She has organized major India Business Summits at Geneva and Rotterdam, inaugurated by the Indian Ambassadors and drawing participation from across the globe as well as national roundtables and conferences to deliberate and formulate policies and technology frameworks for national programs such as National GIS, DI-LRMP, Smart Cities, IWMP and Neeranchal among others.
